Weight Loss and Fitness Programs

Phase One Program

During this four week program you will learn to eat to your metabolic rate and follow a daily nutrition plan.

This course includes:

  • Complete medical evaluation
  • Measurement of resting metabolic rate
  • Assessment of body composition
  • Weekly clinic visit (to track progress)
  • Individualized nutrition program (includes weekly meal plan and shopping list)
  • Prescription weight-loss medication (optional)
  • Meal replacements (optional)
  • Personal training sessions (optional)
  • Daily weigh-ins (optional)
  • EKG and Laboratory testing *

Phase Two Program

A four week program designed for clients who wish to remain on the Phase One program, Phase Two re-evaluates significant body changes that have occurred including the rate of weekly weight-loss and changes in metabolism as well as body composition.

Maintenance Program

Available for clients who have completed Phases One and Two, this program provides continued support and accountability from the Physician for living team.

This course includes:

  • Monthly clinic visit
  • Personal training (optional)
  • Daily weigh-in (optional)

Racing Fit Program

Take fitness to the next level, whether training for a 5k or wanting to compete in an Ironman, this program will customize a training and nutrition plan for the clients specific body and abilities.

This course includes:

  • Medical evaluation with our physician
  • Assessment of body composition
  • Measurement of resting metabolic rate
  • Individualized nutrition program (includes weekly meal plan and shopping list)
  • Daily work-out calendar
  • Personal training**

* Laboratory testing and an EKG may be ordered to ensure your safety and physical readiness for the program.
** Personal training sessions will vary depending on clients goals.
